目前,我国各级检察院均已成立反渎职侵权局。几年间,各级反渎职侵权局在查处渎职侵权案件中发挥了很大作用,但是在几年的实践过程中也出现了一些问题,制约着反渎职侵权检察工作的进一步开展,因此完善我国反渎职侵权检察权具有十分重要的意义。本文在认真分析我国当前反渎职侵权检查制度的基础上,结合自己多年工作实践探讨了反渎职侵权检察权存在的问题并提出了完善策略。
At present, our procuratorates at all levels have set up anti-malpractice infringement bureaus. In recent years, anti-dereliction and infringement bureaus at all levels have played a great role in investigating cases of malfeasance and infringement. However, in the course of several years of practice, some problems have emerged that restrict the further development of anti-dereliction and infringement prosecutions and therefore improve the anti- Defending the infringement prosecutor’s power is of great importance. On the basis of careful analysis of the current system of anti-dereliction and infringement in our country, this paper explores the problems existing in the anti-dereliction and infringement prosecutorial power and puts forward the improving strategies based on my years of practice.
