目的:制定忍冬木层孔菌药材质量标准,为忍冬木层孔菌的合理开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用性状鉴别、薄层鉴别,麦角甾醇过氧化物、3,4-二羟基苄叉丙酮为对照品,用HPLC法进行含量测定。结果:描述了忍冬木层孔菌性状、显微特征。忍冬木层孔菌水分平均含量为10.0%,总灰分平均含量为3.6%,酸不溶性灰分平均含量为0.2%,醇溶性浸出物平均含量为11.1%。忍冬木层孔菌药材薄层色谱中,在对照品相同位置显相同颜色斑点。忍冬木层孔菌子实体中麦角甾醇过氧化物的平均含量为0.3%;3,4-二羟基苄叉丙酮的平均含量为0.08%。结论:建立了忍冬木层孔菌药材质量标准,其分析方法简便、准确、可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Lonicera woodcells and to provide a scientific basis for the rational development and utilization of Lonicera pleuropneumoniae. Methods: The traits of identification, TLC, ergosterol peroxide, 3,4-dihydroxybenzylidene acetone as reference substance were determined by HPLC method. Results: The traits and microscopic features of Lonicera lucidum were described. The average content of water content is 10.0%, the average content of total ash is 3.6%, the average content of acid-insoluble ash is 0.2% and the average content of alcohol-soluble extract is 11.1%. Lonicera lucidum medicinal thin layer chromatography, the same position in the reference substance was the same color spots. The average content of ergosterol peroxide in the fruiting bodies of Lonicera wood seedlings was 0.3%; the average content of 3,4-dihydroxybenzylidene acetone was 0.08%. Conclusion: The quality standard of Lonicera lucidum is established, and its analytical method is simple, accurate and reliable.
