延伸检察工作触角,拓展检察机关服务社会管理的途径,是检察机关立足检察职能,在执法办案、强化诉讼活动法律监督过程中,不断改进方式和方法,拓展服务领域和途径,提升服务党和国家工作大局、提升检察机关执法公信力的一系列创新和探索。文章结合罗湖区人民检察院的实际,在分析该院驻街道综治信访维稳联络点现状的基础上,提出检察机关可以从大力宣传检察职能,告知百姓热点事件救济途径的方式入手,分流非涉检信访,为充分发挥检察职能,化解社会矛盾、服务和谐社会建设提供了一个解决途径和思路。
