随着世贸总干事穆尔手中之锤轻轻落地,先前对中国关闭的大门打开了。随之而来的是,中国法律的旧时代结束了,属于中国法律的新纪元开始了。一、WTO对中国法学教育总体的转型要求WTO是目前世界上最广泛的经济组织,它以奉行最惠国待遇原则、国民待遇原则、透明度原则、法律统一实施原则、司法审查原则等基本原则而著称于世。总的来看,WTO的影响决非局限于经济领域,在法律等社会科学领域中,WTO也一直发挥着其独特而强劲的影响作用。
