房地产开发企业是典型的资金密集型企业,它自身具有很多的特点,例如,开发投资周期长、投资金额大、影响因素复杂等。房地产开发企业通常都需要在财务杠杆融资的基础上进行项目开发,而运用财务杠杆就会出现相应的风险,怎么样进行财务风险控制,对于一个企业而言,也占有着十分重要的地位。在对房地产业宏观调控市场背景认真看待的前提下,对宏观调控的效应以及对房地产企业的影响进行理性分析,进一步提出房地产企业应对调控政策的策略。
