目的 :研究探讨住院分娩新生儿未及时接种首剂乙型肝炎疫苗(Hepatitis B Vaccine,Hep B1)的影响因素。方法 :将我市2014年1月-2014年12月住院分娩的新生儿8431例为研究对象。研究分析所有研究对象首剂乙型肝炎疫苗接种的情况。结果 :分析结果显示,住院新生儿首剂乙型肝炎疫苗及时接种率为89.82%。在研究分析住院新生儿未及时接种首剂肝炎疫苗原因的时候发现,早产儿、新生儿窒息以及低体重是主要的因素。结论 :为满足新生儿首剂乙型肝炎疫苗接种需要,应当准确掌握各医院乙型肝炎疫苗供应状况,这是提高住院新生儿首剂乙型肝炎疫苗及时接种的关键。
Objective: To study the influencing factors of the first dose of Hepatitis B Vaccine (HepB1) in newborn infants born in hospital. Methods: 8431 newborns hospitalized in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the research object. Study Analyze All First Study Hepatitis B Vaccination. Results: The results showed that the timely inoculation rate of the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine was 89.82%. In the analysis of hospitalized newborns was not timely vaccination of the first dose of hepatitis vaccine found that premature children, neonatal asphyxia and low birth weight are the main factors. Conclusion: In order to meet the needs of the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine in newborns, the status of hepatitis B vaccine supply in various hospitals should be accurately grasped. This is the key to timely inoculation of the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine for newborns in hospital.
