红细胞免疫粘附功能强弱是由细胞膜表面Ⅰ型补体受体数目及其簇状结构的多少决定的。C_3b是Ⅰ型补体受体的主要配体,其受体具有免疫粘附功能。老年人的Ⅰ型补体受体数量下降,由于脂质过氧化作用发生,可以损坏细胞膜成分、结构和功能,最终使膜上红细胞C_3b受体减少,降低了红细胞免疫功能。膜成分的组成,酶含量,外形完整性,变形性,膜表面受体会影响红细胞免疫。霍奇金病和急性骨髓性白血病等疾病时红细胞膜上的Ⅰ型补体受体的变化可做为这些疾病发展过程中的指标。
The function of erythrocyte immune adhesion is determined by the number of type I complement receptors on the surface of the cell membrane and the number of clusters. C_3b is the main ligand of type I complement receptor, its receptor has immune adhesion function. The number of type I complement receptors in the elderly is decreased. As the lipid peroxidation takes place, the composition, structure and function of the cell membrane can be damaged, and finally the C_3b receptor of erythrocytes in the membrane is decreased, thereby reducing the immune function of erythrocytes. Membrane composition, enzyme content, shape integrity, deformability, membrane surface receptors will affect the immune of red blood cells. Hodgkin’s disease and acute myeloid leukemia and other diseases when erythrocyte membrane type 1 complement receptor changes can be used as indicators of the development of these diseases.
