目的:研究杭白菊铅污染的相关因素。方法:选取不同种植区域、不同加工工艺的杭白菊进行检测分析,比较铅含量水平。结果:种植距公路5 m~50 m范围内和远离公路数公里处的杭白菊铅平均含量分别为2.12 mg/kg和0.54 mg/kg、微波干燥与烘箱干燥二种不同加工方式的杭白菊铅平均含量分别为0.882 mg/kg和0.901 mg/kg。结论:杭白菊铅含量与汽车尾气排放密切相关。
Objective: To study the related factors of lead pollution in Chrysanthemum morifolium. Methods: Chrysanthemum morifolium with different planting areas and different processing techniques was selected for detection and analysis, and the lead levels were compared. Results: The average contents of lead in Chrysanthemum morifolium at a distance of 5 m to 50 m from the highway and several kilometers away from the highway were 2.12 mg / kg and 0.54 mg / kg, respectively. Chrysanthemum officinale with two different processing methods, microwave drying and oven drying, The average contents were 0.882 mg / kg and 0.901 mg / kg, respectively. Conclusion: The lead content of Chrysanthemum is closely related to vehicle exhaust.
