近年来,浙江省在安吉县等地开展设施农业用地管理制度创新改革试点,以建立健全长效监管机制,从源头上强化耕地保护.安吉县坚守“农地农用”底线,强化用地监管,大力保障设施农业多样化用地需求,充分调动当地发展设施农业的积极性.根据自然资源部、农业农村部《关于设施农业用地管理有关问题的通知》(自然资规〔2019〕4号)和浙江省自然资源厅、省农业农村厅《关于规范设施农业用地管理 促进设施农业健康发展的通知》(浙自然资规〔2020〕10号)精神,安吉县结合自身特色,在全省率先出台《安吉县设施农业用地管理办法》(以下简称《办法》),高质量打出“保障用地需求、强化长效监管、落实复垦责任”的设施农业用地管理组合拳.
