在2007年中国船级社(CCS)工作会议上,交通部徐祖远副部长做了一次敞开心扉、倾心而谈的即兴讲话。既对CCS走过艰苦岁月,实现跨越腾飞感到欣慰;又对CCS与国际一流间的差距及其所肩负的重任进行鞭策。期待CCS成为技术立社、诚信为本、与众不同、国际一流的船级社,成为中国海事界的一面旗帜。
At the CCS Working Session in 2007, Vice Minister Xu Zuyuan of the Ministry of Communications made an impromptu speech, open to heart and heart-to-heart. Not only for the CCS through the difficult years, to feel overjoyed by take-off; but also on the CCS and the international first-class gap and its responsibility to spur. Look forward to CCS become a technical legislation, honesty, distinctive, world-class classification society, a banner of China’s maritime community.
