在20世纪20年代的美国社会——这个物欲横流而精神世界却是一片荒芜的特定岁月里,“美国梦”就如同弥漫着梦幻色彩的气泡,华美绚丽却脆弱易碎。追溯“美国梦”情结的发展演变以及它的影响,可以看出这都有着深刻的社会历史背景与心理原因。本文即拟从菲茨杰拉德“美国梦”主题小说着手,通过圣经传统文化、爵士乐时代的主流精神、现代人共同的心结等方面试图对这一时期的特殊情结作较为深层次的原因探析,努力加深人们对“美国梦”乃至整个美国社会文化的了解与认识,为抚今追昔、鉴往知来贡献自己的绵薄之力。
In the 1920s American society - this materialistic and spiritual world was a barren specific year, “American Dream” is like a bubble of fantastic colors, beautiful and fragile.
