1病例报告患者,女性,70岁,2012年8月7日以“突发下腹部疼痛不适2小时”入院。查体:T:39.0℃,P:118次/分,R:25次/分,BP:130/62mmHg,急性痛苦面容,呼吸浅快,颈软,未见颈静脉怒张,心肺听诊(-),腹肌紧张,中下腹部压痛显著,轻度反跳痛,肝脾肋下未触及,移动性浊音阴性。血常规:WBC:12×109/L,RBC:3.42×1012/L,HB:110g/L。腹部CT:膈下可见游离气体,腹、盆腔积液,部分小肠肠壁增厚伴周围渗出性改
