我国长江流域及其以南的广大地区,经营人工林有上千年的历史。浙江龙泉县、江西遂川县、湖南江华瑶族自治县、贵州锦屏县等地是我国江南一带各种有名杉木的主要产区。近两年来,我们通过对这些地区的调查认识到,这些地方经营人工林的历史经验具有我国自己的特点,有不少符合林业自然规律和经济规律的东西,值得我们研究和借鉴。
The Yangtze River Basin in our country and vast areas south of it have a history of thousands of years of plantation management. Longquan County in Zhejiang Province, Suichuan County in Jiangxi Province, Hunan Jianghua Yao Autonomous County and Jinping County in Guizhou Province are the major producing areas for various well-known Chinese fir species in the south of Yangtze River in China. In the past two years, we have realized through our investigations in these areas that the historical experience of operating plantation forests in these places has our own characteristics. There are quite a number of things in line with the natural laws and economic laws of forestry and it is worth our study and reference.
