江西煤田勘探大队勘探复杂地区,互层多,忽硬忽軟,几年來,多是硬岩层用鋼、铁砂鑽进,软岩层用合金鑽进,有时一天钢砂合金反复互换几次。这样不单效率低,純鑽时間少,且孔內不清洁,孔径不一致,断鑽杆、卡鑽事故经常出现,特别是断头恰在厚煤层处,因孔径大而捞取不到,耽誤时間甚多。单今年一至八月份我們一分队孔內事故就平均占了45％,对生产任务影响极大。
