当今很多出版社出版的图书有许多属于选编或汇编作品。由此出现了一些问题,这类作品是否合法?这类作品是否需经原版权所有者授权?这类作品是否受版权保护?责任编辑有没有版权?等等。我认为这些问题很有研究价值,是值得我们版权工作者探讨的。现就我个人的理解谈一些认识。(一)、编辑作品的合法性编辑作品是指把选编或汇编作品中的各种类型的作品或作品的章节、段落选编或汇编成集而言。
Many books published today by many publishers belong to a selection or compilation of works. As a result, some questions have arisen as to whether such works are legal, whether such works need the authorization of the original copyright owners, whether such works are protected by copyrights, copyright owners of copyrights, and so on. I think these issues are of great research value and are worth discussing with our copyright workers. Now on my personal understanding of some understanding. (1) The Legality of Editing a Work Editing a work means compiling or compiling chapters or paragraphs of various types of works or works in a compilation or compilation.
