在工程建设中热作模具所起到的作用是不能代替的,然而,热作模具钢的锻造质量也直接关系着建筑工程的总体效果,与人民的生命和财产安全有着紧密的联系。所以我们必须对其要有足够的重视。在现实生活中各种质量的原材料参差不齐再加上锻造的质量不符合规范,直接影响了热作模具钢的整体质量。比如说;在锻造早期就出现断裂、热疲劳、疲劳断裂等现象。这些缺陷与原料的质量存在着密切的关系。接下来,我们就对这个问题进行深入的探讨和研究,并且介绍一下热作模具钢锻造工艺的具体方法。
