目的了解毫州市直中小学校传染病防控工作管理现状,为改进和提高学校传染病防控工作水平提供依据。方法采取查阅资料、调查询问、实地查看等方式,对毫州市直35所中小学校进行现场卫生监督检查,其中中学13所,小学22所。结果 13所中学均开展不同形式的健康教育,而只有10所小学开展健康教育,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.971,P<0.01);4所中学开展学生健康体检并建立学生健康档案,小学均未开展类似工作,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.634,P<0.05)。结论毫州市中小学校传染病防控工作管理水平较低,措施落实不到位。教育与卫生部门和学校应密切配合,提高中小学传染病防控工作管理能力和水平。
Objective To understand the status quo of prevention and control of infectious diseases in primary and middle schools in the city of Haozhou and to provide basis for improving and improving the prevention and control of infectious diseases in schools. Methods By means of access to information, investigation and inquiry, on-the-spot inspection and other means, on-the-spot health supervision and inspection was conducted on 35 primary and secondary schools in Zhoushi, including 13 middle schools and 22 primary schools.
