发展已趋成熟的高炉炼铁工艺正面临的诸多不利趋势,例如铁矿石对外依存度升高、铁矿石粒度越来越小和焦煤资源枯竭等,制约着钢铁工业的健康发展。流态化炼铁技术可望突破解围,并且在中国发展优势明显。分析了该技术工业化推广的主要障碍,特别是黏结失流问题的相关研究进展。当前抑制黏结成本过高,使得全流程成本反弹,所以降低抑制黏结成本是该技术推广的关键。
The development of mature blast furnace ironmaking process is facing many unfavorable trends, such as increased dependence on foreign iron ore, smaller and smaller iron ore and coking coal resource depletion, restricting the healthy development of the steel industry. Fluidized ironmaking technology is expected to break through the siege, and obvious advantages in the development of China. The main obstacles to the promotion of industrialization of the technology are analyzed, especially the research progress on the problem of cohesion loss. The current inhibition of high bonding costs, making the whole process costs rebound, so reduce the cost of bonding is the key to promoting the technology.
