河南省洛阳市洛龙区第二实验小学共有两个校区,分设于洛阳市洛龙区李楼乡北王村和洛阳新区英才路。学校以“把教师的发展放在第一位”为办学理念,致力于建设一流的教师队伍,有效促进了教师的专业化发展,培养出国家级骨干教师3人,特级教师2人,省级学科带头人3人。先后有9名教师在全国优质课大赛中获一等奖,25名教师在省、市优质课大赛中获一等奖。学校连续11年荣获洛龙区目标考核先进单位,学校教育教学工作连续7年荣获全区第一名。学校以多元课程理论为指导,以校园文化节为课程实施载体,设立了三月
