介绍了以“Magnatest QS”仪为代表 ,基于被测试件的感应电流与其磁导率成比例的原理 ,和以“Magnatest VRH”仪为代表 ,基于“绝对信号线圈电磁系统”的电磁分选原理的分选检测仪。从大量数据结果反映来看 ,自制的 CZ— 98A型电脑钢铁材质无损检测分选仪 ,能测评的材料分类约 2 0余种 ,是一种对钢铁材料的成份、状态的综合性能测评较快捷测试仪。
This paper introduces the principle of “Magnatest QS” instrument, based on the principle that the induced current of test piece is proportional to its permeability, and the electromagnetic separation principle based on “absolute signal coil electromagnetic system” represented by “Magnatest VRH” Sorting detector.
