目的了解北京市某制药企业需要重点预防和控制的职业病危害因素。方法进行现场职业卫生学调查,对作业场所中的职业病危害因素进行检测,分析该企业生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素。结果该企业合格的因素有臭氧、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、锰及其化合物、高温;不合格的因素有粉尘、噪声和电焊弧光。9个接触粉尘的主要操作区中,合格的检测点有3个;13个接触生产性噪声主要操作区中,合格的检测点有9个;3个接触电焊弧光的部位,检测合格的部位有2个。结论该企业应重点控制和预防粉尘、噪声和电焊弧光等职业病危害因素。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards that a pharmaceutical enterprise in Beijing needs to focus on prevention and control. Methods A survey of occupational diseases in the workplace was conducted to investigate the occupational hazards in the workplace. Results The qualified factors of the enterprise include ozone, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, manganese and its compounds, and high temperature. The unqualified factors include dust, noise and arc welding. Of the 9 main operating areas exposed to dust, there are 3 qualified inspection points; among the 13 main operational areas exposed to production noise, there are 9 qualified inspection points; and 3 parts that are in contact with welding arcs have a 2. Conclusion The enterprise should focus on control and prevention of occupational hazards such as dust, noise and arc welding.
