都是销量下滑惹的祸不得不承认,这两三年传统企业的营销节奏被打乱了,是不正常的。营销节奏被打乱,主要有两大原因:一是面对互联网,特别是电商,无所适从;二是面对销量持续下滑,应对失当。最近两三年,传统企业的销量一直在下滑。这是多数企业从未经历过的,企业的营销节奏就是为此被打乱的。营销节奏被打乱的一个表现就是:正常的营销工作没有了,大家都在做不正常的工作,结果造成营销工作的恶性循环。应急反应,节奏乱一个人,一个企业,面对突发状况,会有应急反应。因为没有预案,没有经历,只能是应急反应。
