目的探讨血清Apelin水平与代谢综合征患者代谢指标的相关性。方法纳入289例研究对象,以其中肥胖且健康对象为观察A组(n=53),免疫反应性高血糖素患者为观察B组(n=49),2型糖尿病患者为观察C组(n=108),非肥胖且健康对象为对照组(n=79)。检测对象血清Apelin、空腹胰岛素、血糖、血压、体重、身高,计算胰岛素抵抗指数和体重指数,分析血清Apelin与代谢指标的相关性。结果血清Apelin、空腹胰岛素、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、舒张压、收缩压均呈观察C组>观察B组>观察A组>对照组趋势,且各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时观察A组、观察B组、观察C组体重指数均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清Apelin与空腹血糖(r=0.384)、餐后2 h血糖(r=0.425)、空腹胰岛素(r=0.491)、胰岛素抵抗指数(r=0.527)、舒张压(r=0.486)、收缩压(r=0.372)均存在明显的正相关性(P<0.05)。结论代谢综合征患者血清Apelin会异常升高,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、舒张压、收缩压均与血清Apelin存在独立正相关关系。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum Apelin levels and metabolic parameters in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods A total of 289 subjects were enrolled in this study. The obese and healthy subjects were observed in group A (n = 53), immunoreactive glucagon in observation group B (n = 49), type 2 diabetes mellitus (group C) = 108), non-obese and healthy subjects as control group (n = 79). Serum Apelin, fasting insulin, blood glucose, blood pressure, body weight, height, insulin resistance index and body mass index were calculated. The correlation between serum Apelin and metabolic parameters was analyzed. Results The serum Apelin, fasting insulin, fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, insulin resistance index, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were observed in group C> observation group B> observation group A> control group, and the differences among the groups were Statistical significance (P <0.05). At the same time observation of group A, observation group B, body mass index of observation group C were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Serum Apelin was significantly associated with fasting blood glucose (r = 0.384), postprandial blood glucose (r = 0.425), fasting insulin (r = 0.491), insulin resistance index (r = 0.527), diastolic blood pressure (r = 0.486) r = 0.372), there was a significant positive correlation (P <0.05). Conclusions Serum Apelin is abnormally elevated in patients with metabolic syndrome, and fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, fasting insulin, insulin resistance index, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure are both independently and positively correlated with serum Apelin.
