推进社会主义和谐社会建设,是党的十六届四中全会提出的一个新的执政理念,也是十六届五中全会关于“十一五”规划建议中至关重要的内容之一。构建和谐社会同组织工作有内在联系,组织部门要把构建和谐社会的要求落实到组织工作的各个方面,着力推进领导班子建设、人才队伍建设和党的基层组织建设,为构建和谐社会提供坚强有力的组织保证和人才支撑。
