一、引言 功率达林顿具有增益高、驱动电流小的特点,是大功率接口的主要器件。借助于这种器件,用几个毫安的电流信号即可操纵、控制几安培的电流。因此,功率达林顿尽管1970年初期才问世,现已广泛应用于功放电路、驱动电路、电源电路和转换电路中。具体说来,在电视机、高传真放大器、汽车点火装置、电机控制系统等电器设备中占有重要的地位。
I. INTRODUCTION Power Darlington has the characteristics of high gain and small driving current and is the main component of high power interface. With this device, a few milliamps of current signal can be manipulated to control a few amperes of current. As a result, Darlington Power has been widely used in power amplifier circuits, drive circuits, power circuits, and conversion circuits, although it came out early in 1970. In particular, television, high-fidelity amplifiers, car ignition devices, motor control systems and other electrical equipment occupy an important position.
