锌是植物必需的元素,但我国对其农化方面的研究六十年代才开始。近几年,我省在水稻、王米、豌豆、毛苕、小麦等作物上进行锌肥肥效试验,取得了较好的结果,并证实肥效与土壤含锌量,特别是有效锌含量有密切的关系。为此,我们从1978年开始,对土壤中有效锌的含量及分布进行了研究。研究方法 1978年以来,我们曾分析了812个耕层及380个剖面的土样。这些土样来自全省44个县、市,其中陕南16个,陕北、关中各14个。基本可代表我省主要土壤。我们采用DTPA浸提剂,浸两小时,用原子吸收分光光度计测定。测得的结果与植物吸收锌量有较好的相关性,与兄弟省、区有一定的可比性。
