目的 :探讨脑室铸型出血的治疗方法及其效果。方法 :对 30例脑室铸型出血采用侧脑室前角外引流并尿激酶脑室灌注联合腰穿脑脊液置换治疗。结果 :2 2例存活 ,8例死亡。 2 2例 3个月后随访结果 10例良好 ,8例轻瘫 ,4例重瘫。结论 :实施此种综合疗法 ,安全有效 ,并提示发病早期治疗是抢救成功的关键。
Objective: To explore the treatment of intraventricular cast hemorrhage and its effect. Methods: 30 cases of intraventricular hemorrhage using lateral ventricular anterior drainage and urokinase intraventricular perfusion combined with lumbar puncture and cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy. RESULTS: Twenty-two survived and eight died. Twenty-two patients were followed up for 3 months. Ten patients were good, eight patients had paresis and four patients had severe paralysis. Conclusion: The implementation of such comprehensive therapy is safe and effective, and prompts the early onset of disease treatment is the key to the success of the rescue.
