2004年,《教育部财政部关于推进职业教育若干意见》指出: “一些地方仍然把职业教育等同于一般的学历教育,在专业设置、培养模式和教学方法等方面,没有充分体砚出职业教育紧跟市场经济发展需求,注重学生动手能力培养的特征,很多职业院校由于实训基地条件差、设备陈旧、数量不足、实训教师水平不高等原因,在一定程度上影响了学生技能和动手能力的培养,这也是目前一些职业院校毕业生不被社会认可的主要原因”。针对一些职业院校在办学过程中存在的上述现象,为了使学校在办学过程中,真正形成“以学生就业为导向,以专业设置为项目,以职业岗位为模块,以能力培养为重点” 的办学特色,我们必须调整思路, 转变观念;面对现实,苦练内功: 振奋精神,开拓未来。
