大白菜软腐病、又叫烂“疙瘩”,“脱帮”,除为害白菜外,还为害甘蓝、萝卜、西红柿、辣椒、大葱、黄瓜等。大白菜主要在包心期和贮藏期受害。病菌主要随病株残体在土壤、肥料、垃圾或跳甲、菜青虫等昆虫体内越冬,通过雨水、灌溉、肥料和昆虫进行传布,通过伤口侵入而发病。发病的主要原因是:大白菜在包心期遇低温、多雨或施未腐熟的肥料;地势低洼、土壤粘重、大水漫灌(一次亩灌水量超过100m~3);连作或中耕伤根等,均会引起发病。实践证明,采用综合防治效果好。
