目的:建立降脂酮中槐角苷的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),柱温:28℃,流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40),流速1ml/min,检测波长为260nm。结果:槐角苷在0.01~0.20μg内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,Y=20063X+9.1712(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.51%,RSD为0.85%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为控制产品质量的定量依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of acarbose in aconitine. METHODS: The column was Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (60:40) at a flow rate of 1 ml / min and the detection wavelength was 260 nm at a column temperature of 28 ℃. Results: The peak area of sophoridine in the range of 0.01 ~ 0.20μg showed a good linear relationship with the injection volume. The average recovery was 99.51% and the RSD was 0.85% (n = 6) with Y = 20063X + 9.1712 (r = 0.9998) . Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a quantitative basis to control product quality.
