目的:观察湖北麦冬不同提取物对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用。方法:四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠分别灌服湖北麦冬总多糖、湖北麦冬总皂苷、湖北麦冬总提取物、达美康片(格列齐特片)后不同时间测定血糖。结果:湖北麦冬不同提取物对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠均有不同程度的降血糖作用。结论:湖北麦冬可用于糖尿病的辅助治疗。
Objective: To observe the hypoglycemic effects of different extracts of Ophiopogon japonicus on alloxan-induced diabetic rats. METHODS: Alloxan-induced diabetes rats were fed with total polysaccharides of Ophiopogon japonicus, total Ophiopogon japonicus from Hubei, total Ophiopogon japonicus extract from Ophiopogon japonicus, and dexamethasone tablets (Gliclazide tablets). RESULTS: Different extracts of Ophiopogon japonicus had various degrees of hypoglycemic effect on alloxan-induced diabetic rats. Conclusion: Ophiopogon japonicus can be used for the adjuvant treatment of diabetes.
