宋元时期都保体系的形成关联到国家与社会多个层面的复杂互动。它不仅是行政权力向下控制的手段,同时还直接参与到乡村社会的自我整合与维系之中。在组织赋役输纳与维持地方水利共同体的过程中,其对地域疆界的把握发挥着区分、调节社会关系的重要作用。它是地方政府与乡村社会之间相互接触,确定相关的权利与义务,以实现赋役征发和社会再生产的最基层领域。
The formation of the DuPont system in the Song and Yuan Dynasties is related to the complex interactions at various levels between the state and society. It is not only a means of downward control of administrative power, but also directly participates in the self-integration and maintenance of rural society. In the process of organization and administration of local governments, the determination of geographical boundaries plays an important role in distinguishing and adjusting social relations. It is the most basic area in which local governments and rural communities interact with each other to determine the rights and obligations associated with them so as to achieve the purpose of tax collection and social regeneration.
