作为建筑施工企业生产经营活动的基础,施工阶段的项目管理是建筑企业管理实施中最关键的部分。建筑企业要想在如此激烈的市场竞争中凸显自己的优势,必须要对施工阶段的项目管理进行优化,在经济体制改革受到推崇的当下,市场经济体制逐步成立的过程中,我们也发现了其管理当中所存在的许多问题。作为工程成型的关键时期,施工过程的项目管理有着决定性的地位,在此,笔者结合自身的工作实践来谈谈自己对建筑工程施工阶段项目管理的看法。
