用食醋拌铁末子治病中医叫“坎离砂疗法”.用这种疗法治疗由于骨刺引起的肢体功能障碍,麻木、疼痛及软组织扭挫伤效果显著。这种疗法,经济简便,一般人都能掌握配治方法.应用方法是:①取厂矿废弃的铁屑铁渣,用筛、箩筛去尘土,选直径2毫米(相当小米拉大小)的铁砂,用铁锅烘焙见红后取出放入盆、盒等容器内冷却备用。②缝制适于敷贴患部面积的布口袋。③将冷却后的铁砂拌入食醋,大约每750克铁砂拌入40毫升,使铁砂潮温后即可。④把搅拌好的铁砂装入布口袋系紧口,而后用浴巾或毯子包好待
