FBG—1型精密定量防爆供漆设备,主要由定量供漆装置和控制柜组成,系我所在引进消化的基础上,开发研制的新型供漆设备,可与各种喷漆系统,特别是静电喷涂系统配套使用,保证优良的喷涂质量。本供漆设备与传统的定量和调节供漆量的装置相比,具有下述特点: ●结构可靠,性能稳定采用经特殊制造的专门油漆泵供漆,由变频调速系统实现供漆量的精确调节,克服了传统方式的供漆油路不畅和局部堵塞的弊病,保证喷涂过程中的供漆量稳定。
