目的了解我院麻醉药品的应用情况,评价其用药的合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院2009-2011年麻醉药品的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)和限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果我院麻醉药品的使用量逐年增加舒芬太尼增长最快,芬太尼注射液和吗啡控释片的用量较大其规格和剂型较全,便于临床的治疗。结论我院麻醉药品的应用基本合理,但应进一步贯彻执行相应的法规和治疗原则,以达到规范化、个体化治疗目的。
Objective To understand the application of narcotic drugs in our hospital to evaluate the rationality of its use and provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The amount of narcotic drugs sold in our hospital from 2009 to 2011, frequency of medication (DDDs) and DDC (DDC) were statistically analyzed. Results The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital increased year by year Sufentanil fastest growth, the amount of fentanyl injection and morphine controlled release tablets larger specifications and dosage forms than the whole, easy to clinical treatment. Conclusion The application of narcotic drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable, but the corresponding laws and regulations and treatment principles should be further implemented to achieve the purpose of standardization and individualized treatment.
