在气候问题备受关注的国际大背景下,发展低碳经济,对于西部地区转变经济发展方式、优化产业结构,改变“高耗能、高排放、低效益”的社会经济发展模式大有益处。因此,对于低碳经济发展的模式研究尤为重要。本文主要遵循“因素定位目标路径”的思路对西部地区低碳经济发展模式进行了研究,结合西部地区低碳经济发展的SWOT分析结果,为西部地区设计低碳经济发展的实现路径。
Under the international background that the climate issue has drawn much attention, the development of a low-carbon economy is of great significance to the transformation of the economic development mode in the western region, the optimization of the industrial structure and the change in the social and economic development model of “high energy consumption, high emission and low efficiency” benefit. Therefore, the research on the mode of low-carbon economy development is particularly important. This paper mainly studies the development mode of low-carbon economy in the western region by following the idea of “positioning path of factors ”. Combining the results of SWOT analysis of the development of low-carbon economy in the western region, this paper realizes the path for the development of low-carbon economy in the western region.
