目的观察一种过氧化氢复方消毒液的杀菌性能。方法采用理化分析和载体定量杀菌试验方法,对该复方消毒液杀菌效果进行试验观察。结果该复方消毒液原液含过氧化氢35.00 g/L,原液p H值为3.35;54℃条件下存放14 d,过氧化氢含量平均下降率为5.70%。该复方消毒液原液作用20 min,对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的平均杀灭对数值≥3.00;作用10 min,对载体大肠杆菌的平均杀灭对数值≥3.00。结论该过氧化氢复方消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有较好的杀菌效果,储存性能稳定。
Objective To observe the bactericidal performance of a hydrogen peroxide compound disinfectant. Methods The physical and chemical analysis and carrier quantitative bactericidal test methods were used to observe the bactericidal effect of the compound disinfectant.
