本文研究了用邻苯二酚紫—溴代十六烷基吡啶分光光度法测定微量锗。该法允许的酸度范围、显色剂的用量范围均较宽;工作曲线的线性范围为0~30μg/25ml;与Ge—邻苯二酚紫—阳离子表面活性剂的同类体系相比,灵敏度最高,ε′=7.80×10~4;与蒸馏分离法配合,具较高选择性。已用于硅酸盐基体人工样及铜矿中ppm级锗的测定,结果比较满意。研究证明,溴代十六烷基吡啶在该体系中属单分子增敏,并与邻苯二酚紫及Ge(Ⅳ)形成定组成三元络合物。
In this paper, the determination of trace germanium with pyrocatechol violet-bromocetylpyridine spectrophotometry was studied. This method allows the acidity range, the range of the amount of the developer is wide; the linear range of the working curve is 0 ~ 30μg / 25ml; compared with the same system of Ge-catechin violet-cationic surfactant, the sensitivity is the highest , ε ’= 7.80 × 10 ~ 4; with distillation separation method, with high selectivity. It has been used in the determination of silicate matrix and copper samples in the ppm grade germanium, with satisfactory results. Studies have shown that bromocetyl pyridine brominated in the system is a single molecule sensitization, and catechola violet and Ge (IV) form a set of ternary complexes.
