实验室条件下比较研究了甲醛溶液处理、戊二醛和马来酸交联的PVA/PAN复合膜从苯中脱除微量水的性能 ,选定了适宜的苯脱水膜 ,探讨了膜面流速对水通量的影响 ,拟合得到了水通量的经验公式 .试验结果为千吨级渗透汽化苯脱水的中试设计提供了基础数据 .
Under laboratory conditions, the performance of the PVA / PAN composite membrane crosslinked with glutaraldehyde and maleic acid to remove trace water from benzene was studied. The suitable dehydration membrane of benzene was selected and the membrane surface flow rate The empirical formula of the water flux is obtained by fitting the influence on the water flux.The experimental results provide the basic data for the pilot design of kilotonized pervaporation benzene dehydration.
