通过分析废弃ACQ防腐杉木在苯酚中的液化情况,通过正交试验方法研究了单因素变量对液化反应效率的影响,得出ACQ防腐木苯酚液化试验优化条件为:液化温度150℃,液化时间2.5h,液比为3.5,硫酸加入量为9%,得到残渣率为3%。4个因素的影响主次关系为:硫酸加入量>液比>液比时间>液化温度。并对液化残渣结构进行了表征分析,采用XRD分析发现,ACQ防腐木液化反应不充分时结晶度略降低,变化小;液化反应充分时结晶度升高,因为防腐剂中含有铜元素。
By analyzing the liquefaction of waste ACQ anti-corrosion Chinese fir in phenol, the influence of single factor variables on the liquefaction reaction efficiency was studied by orthogonal test. The optimum conditions for the liquefaction of ACQ preservative phenol were as follows: liquefaction temperature 150 ℃, liquefaction time 2.5 h, liquid ratio of 3.5, the amount of sulfuric acid was 9%, resulting in a residue rate of 3%. Four factors affect the primary and secondary relationship as follows: the amount of sulfuric acid> liquid ratio> liquid ratio> liquefaction temperature. The structure of liquefied residue was characterized and analyzed. The results of XRD showed that the crystallinity of ACQ preservative was slightly lower and its change was smaller when the liquefaction reaction was inadequate. The crystallinity of liquefied residue increased when the liquefaction reaction was full because the copper contained in the preservative.
