1983年福建莆田县农村电话计费用户数1,405户,比1982年底的1,460户减少55户,其中装入国营总机的大队用户231户,比1982年的296户减少65户,市话加纳农活固定通话费的458户,比1982年增加3户,加纳率为91.24%。其他用户增加7户。莆田县装有电话的生产大队逐年减少。1982年412个,比1981年减少11个,1983年又比1982年减少144个(以上包括装入社营的大队用户),大队通话率由1982年的74.8%下降到1983年的47.4%。我们调查了8个支局所,走访了3个公社和7个企业事业单位,了解到这样一些情况:
In 1983, the number of rural telephone subscribers in Putian County, Fujian Province was 1,405, down by 55 from 1,460 at the end of 1982, including 231 brigade users in state-owned switchboards, a decrease of 65 from 296 in 1982; 458 fees, an increase of 3 more than in 1982, the rate was 91.24% in Ghana. Other users increased by 7 households. Putian County telephone production team reduced year by year. 412 in 1982, 11 less than in 1981 and 144 more in 1983 than in 1982 (all of them included brigades engaged in the community). The rate of brigade calls dropped from 74.8% in 1982 to 47.4% in 1983. We surveyed 8 branch offices, visited 3 communes and 7 enterprises and institutions and learned about such situations:
