在眼周围、鼻、嘴脣和头皮处作治疗性注射,会引起眼部并发症。早在20世纪初,就有因鼻内注射液体石蜡引起失明的报道。作者报告1例慢性鼻窦炎(患者22岁,女性),双下鼻甲注射丙酮缩去炎松(kenalog)和新福林后,视力剧减。左下鼻甲先注射1ml含有丙酮缩去炎松20mg的药液,2分钟后再将等量药物注入右下鼻甲,注射时感觉阻力大,推药比平时费力。注射后,病人即感右眼视力明显下降。数小时后去眼科就诊,右眼视力指数。瞳孔传导障碍3+。眼底镜下可见右眼动脉内多
