作者简介张锋陕西丹凤人。管理学博士,研究员;西安交通大学、西北大学、西安邮电大学兼职教授;西安交通大学中国西部发展研究中心、陕西社科院特邀研究员;陕西省作家协会会员、陕西省环境保护咨询委员会委员;陕西省社科界优秀社科普及专家、全国优秀社会科学普及专家。其长期致力研究经济理论和社会发展的现实问题,著作颇丰。
