本文探讨了激光加热镀铬中碳合金钢快速渗铬的处理与机理,并对处理前后的试样进行了镀铬层或渗铬压抗高温造成裂纹扩展、剥落的性能、抗酸液腐蚀性能的对比试验。结果表明在适当的激光处理工艺条件下形成的熔渗层对改善镀铬钢的表面性能起重要作用。
In this paper, the treatment and mechanism of rapid chromizing of carbon alloyed steel in laser heating chrome plating were discussed, and the comparison of the crack growth, spalling performance and acid corrosion resistance before and after treated by chrome plating or chromizing pressure against high temperature test. The results show that the infiltration layer formed under appropriate laser processing conditions plays an important role in improving the surface properties of chrome-plated steel.
