新生儿泪囊炎是临床常见的眼病，生后几天或更长时间即发现患儿流泪、眼分泌物增多，常被误诊为结膜炎。常用的治疗方法有向下挤压泪囊法、加压冲洗法及泪道探道冲洗法。自1991年以来，我们对152例216眼新生儿泪囊炎用3种方法治疗，其中泪道探通冲洗法效果良好。现报道如下。1 Neonatal dacryocystitis is a common clinical eye disease, after birth a few days or longer that children with tears, eye secretions increased, often misdiagnosed as conjunctivitis. Common methods of treatment include downward extrusion lacrimal sac method, pressure irrigation method and lacrimal duct probe flushing method. Since 1991, we treated 152 cases of 216 cases of neonatal dacryocystitis with three methods, including lacrimal sounding method is good. Report as follows now. 1
