崇文区工人文化宫 开展双向选择竞聘上岗工作 近日,北京市崇文区工人文化宫开展了中层干部竞聘上岗和职工岗位双向选择工作。为了适应社会主义市场经济发展的客观需要,落实科学发展观的要求,深化工人文化宫的人事制度改革,建立以聘用制度为基础的用人制度,促进工人文化宫的健康发展。崇文区工人文化宫经过了制定方案、动员示岗、选择岗位、报名竞聘等程序,举行了中层干部竞聘上岗答辩会。
