目的:分析何首乌和首乌藤的挥发性成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取何首乌和首乌藤的挥发油。通过气相色谱-质谱联用法对其挥发油的化学成分进行对比研究,并用面积归一化法获得各化合物的相对百分含量。结果:从何首乌中鉴定出20个成分,占挥发油总量的64.297%;从首乌藤中鉴定出43个成分,占挥发油总量的78.995%。结论:何首乌和首乌藤中所含挥发性成分有差异,该研究为何首乌和首乌藤药材质量的综合评价和全面控制提供依据,同时为探讨何首乌和首乌藤药材的品质形成机制提供参考。
Objective: To analyze the volatile constituents of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Methods: The volatile oil of Polygonum multiflorum and Polygonum multiflorum were extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of volatile oil were compared by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the relative percentage of each compound was obtained by area normalization. Results: Twenty components were identified from Polygonum multiflorum, accounting for 64.297% of the total volatile oil. 43 components were identified from Morus alba, accounting for 78.995% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion: Polygonum multiflorum and Viburnum vinifera contained different volatile components. The study provided a basis for the comprehensive evaluation and comprehensive control of the quality of Radix Polygoni Multiflori and Polygonum multiflorum vinifera, and provided references for the study on the quality formation mechanism of Radix Polygoni Multiflori and Radix Vigna. .
