“十二五”开局两年来,各级财政部门认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于“十二五”时期社会保障事业发展的总体要求,不断加大财政社会保障资金投入力度,着力推动社会保障体制机制创新,全面推进社会保障体系建设,努力做好“十一五”财政社会保障收尾工作,实现了“十二五”财政社会保障工作的“开门红”。
