在37只家兔上进行了二甲基甲酰胺(Dimethyl Formamide DMF)的亚急性毒性试验。DMF针剂系由上药十厂制备,临用时以等渗葡萄糖生理盐水配置成不同浓度,以0.5 ml/kg体重药液及1 ml/分速度作静脉推注。动物被随机分配于不同剂量组,每天或隔天注射一次。每天注射一次者共24例,对照组及0.25g/kg体重组在用药50天后仍全部存活,0.5g/kg体重组半数成活,1.0和2.0g/kg体重组在3～14天内全部死亡。用累积绘图法处理得半致死量为0.43g/kg体重。隔天注射一次者共13例,求得半致死量为1.38g/kg体重。动物死亡后于1～2小时内,或不同用药时间后于局麻
Subacute toxicity studies of Dimethyl Formamide DMF were performed in 37 rabbits.
